Sagittarius is the sign of meaning, distance and the big picture. Saturn there asks for a belief you've actually lived, and a direction you'll still be walking in ten years.

People in this return often describe questions about direction. What do I believe because I've tested it, and what did I just inherit? Where am I going, and is it mine? Saturn return in Sagittarius.

Saturn describes the work, not the outcome. Nothing on this page predicts events; it dates the stretch and says what it tends to ask.

Do I need my birth time?

No. Saturn moved about 2° across the whole of May 1957, so your day matters far more than your hour. Noon is used on this page; the free preview takes a time if you have one.
